Position Summary
The Project Engineer is responsible for transforming awarded projects into accurate, production-ready work packages. This role reviews project requirements, develops technical documentation, coordinates engineering details, identifies project risks, and supports manufacturing and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Planning
Develop project execution plans with the Project Manager.
Coordinate project kickoff meetings with Sales, Estimating, Production, and Installation.
Identify project risks early and recommend solutions.
Technical Documentation
Develop production drawings and fabrication details.
Generate installation drawings and field documentation.
Verify dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
Prepare bill of materials (BOMs).
Engineering Coordination
Review structural and mounting requirements.
Verify site conditions using surveys, photos, and field measurements.
Coordinate permitting documentation when required.
Manufacturing Support
Provide production with complete manufacturing packages.
Answer technical questions from fabrication teams.
Review manufacturing changes for cost and schedule impacts.
Support quality control throughout production.
Procurement Support
Identify specialty materials and hardware.
Coordinate custom fabricated components.
Assist Purchasing with technical specifications.
